Pros

Supportive management who realise you need to learn and grow. Lots of learning activities and certifications are supported. I liked and admired all my colleagues and bosses. Not that I bothered much myself but senior management seem approachable. You will be exposed to a wide variety of modern technology.

Cons

Salary and bonus can be a bit miserable which is the only reason I left. Some of the internal architecture is a bit ancient and prone to collapse.
