Strong sales growth, increasing organizational maturity, delivering results, employee focus with more development opportunities, much better collaboration than ever, outstanding new talent joining the company, productivity continues to increase, new HQ is awesome, leaders are maturing, safe environment to ask for help and ask tough questions, overall the company trend continues to be positive

Cons

Easily distracted, would like more communication, update office environment in Houston and Belfast sites please, more company swag for all employees to promote greater sense of "team", celebrate wins more locally

Pros

Good potential upward mobility if you work hard and bring in results. Customer list is growing with some of the best name brands in the world. It's a service that many clients see extreme value in. People are very friendly and supportive. And there are always good snacks in the break room. There's been a bit of a healthier change with more fruits and veggies versus the usual chips and fruit bars. Good coffee too.

Cons

Experiencing some growing pains as of late since the support organization is challenged with more customer assets then ever to service. I guess it's a good problem to have versus not having enough customers to service in the first place.
