      I love working here. The employees are like my family and the company really cares about us as employees. Great atmosphere, the residents are great.

      The Director of nursing is just most of the time. She applies good conflict resolutions. She respects the employees.

      Many of the RN's are given too much freedom to torment the CNAs

      residents are amazing the cna are wonderful toward the residents.

      Cons

      the staff is horrible HR is terrible dietary supervisor in care and wellness terrible always on his IPad in residents rooms and always on the company computer. Bad service I would not recommend taking your loved ones here
