      Pros

      The whole philosophy behind the company is really positive and the people are great. It's like working with a big family, there are days when you argue, days when you laugh together, and days when we support each other. And really you are working for a company that does great things in the world, even though you may only be working in one little store, you still feel a part of the cause.

      Cons

      Lack of organization. I really think there could be more down with some more clear decisions and planning.

      Pros

      The culture in theory, is presented as a good and in theory it is. The Company as an entity is trying to change the world and does take its mission seriously on the macro level. On the micro level in the stores and with the demands of the business it is like many other retail operations.

      Cons

      The lack of understanding about the urgency of hiring adequate resources to effectively support the retail operations. This is true both on the operations and the administrative side. The answer is to work harder and longer and of course the law of diminishing returns inevitably prevails. It does so quite severely in the organization right now. There is a great deal of favoritism practiced in the organization but it presents a much different face to the public.

      Pros

      The people are great, the food is awesome, and leadership cares.

      Cons

      They don't offer Kaiser as a Medical health benefit. Yet, their medical plan UHC is premium free for team members when you accrue 800 hours.
