Some of the other employees are great to work with.

Cons

The owners care more about themselves than their employees!! Unapproachable and do not like to hear suggestions that go against what the feel. They believe they are above everyone else but fail to understand that their employed are the reason they even exist now! All of them could take a swift lesson in employee management! Turn over rate is extremely high.

Free eggs nice employees not much else

Cons

No real chance at promotion unless your on the inside....working hard and showing up counts for nothing. Dedication just means you got a full paycheck
