Pros

stable, long term business. I started at an entry level position. i had a good work ethic and an open mind. within a year i moved up, got a raise and had more responsibility. I worked for 6 years and finally retired. i put in a honest day's work and got an honest days pay!

Cons

its a very faced paced work place...you have to have the mindset to roll with the punches and adapt.

Pros

The family is kind. If you're willing to work hard, you'll get exposure to much more than your were hired for. Their starting pay for farm workers is higher than typical.

Cons

Pay for higher level positions and commissions are lacking. Compensation does not match the workload. Poor internal organization and frequent turnover plague several departments.
