Pros

Might (very rarely) actually get to fight fire.

Cons

Corporate office changes direction on a daily basis and the field staff get continually blind-sided as a result. Extremely boring job 90% of the time. Company promotes unqualified personnel - big safety issue. This is a truly messed up organization.

Nepotism, Poor Management and Leadership. No accountability for Managers or their interactions with their employees. No stability, no goals or follow through Training is a joke and may as well not even exist. Highest turnover rate

easy job of taking pictures of house in wildfire evacuation area. Great business concept.

Cons

highly dysfunctional company, as this place has a revolving door of employees. This place is focused on new hires and growth, retaining employees and treating them with respect is unfortunately not a value of WDS.
