The High level management is gross to say the least. The CEO constantly likes to spend money they don't have on things to make the place look cooler without helping support the people the business run. Its like buying a new car and putting new cool wheels and lights and body kits on it but never changing the oil. They constantly grow the business but leave people behind and expect them to catch up. The Data Capture Analyst role just becomes a chicken coop they can pick from and move into other positions when they want instead of growing the people that work there and making it a place where they retain employees.
