Pros

A lot of days off. Compensation fair. They provide you with the tools you need. Opportunity to shine if you are an expert in certain areas.

Cons

Politics get in the way of progress. Not innovative. Too much focus and spending of money on things that are not beneficial to the company's bottom line.

Pros

Good people to work with. Pay ok.

Cons

Too much restructure. Better place before torn apart by cost savings and outsourcing.

Pros

Enjoy the people I work with and the company allows for flexibility with hours (open 9-9).

Cons

Very little development available, work expectations unrealistic at times, and compensation for managers is significantly lower than the employees that work for them which is demotivating.
