Lots of talk about innovation, little actual innovation. People held in positions because of who they know rather than what they know-not enough performance accountability.

Not really sure what the future holds here. On one hand, we're told that we are finally in the position we want to be. Six months later, here comes another reorganization. Also, salary is a complete maze of red tape.
