      Great work life balance Family friendly Good remote work culture

      Cons

      Heavy use of outsourced and agency built technology causing brain drain and having to rebuild/replace. Very, very woke and adolescent peers. The company is showing signs of people spending more time on DEI initiatives and ERGs rather than adding business value. The company feels massive compared to its size. Getting things done across Org is full of red tape and hurdles and politics.

      The work is fun and the people are great

      Cons

      Loyalty is not rewarded. Many people have to leave and come back to get a higher position. Massive layoffs and restructures constantly, forcing a feeling of uneasiness and causing managers to lie when they know you're getting let go but they have to hide it, They pay is very low.
