Pros

It’s a job and has a paycheck.

So many things wrong with this company. It’s an extremely toxic workplace. Supervisors are inexperienced, play favorites, and just flat out rude. The amount of micromanaging is excessive. Every single minute of your day is picked apart, unrealistic expectations that are constantly changing with no care and complete disregard for pipeline, pending deliveries (commissions), and just the overall work out into a certain territory. This might be a good fit for someone trying to get the experience of what you DONT want in a workplace and career…

If I could rate this company a zero I would. This is literally the worst company ever. The most toxic place to work in the world. Management has no integrity and will lie to your face and then do something different. Your performance is never enough and management only wants to point out how bad you are with their stupid reports. They offer no training or support and then bully and manage by intimidation rather than helping you grow or improve. I wouldn’t recommend my biggest enemy to work here. If this was the last job on earth I would rather starve than work at this place. The company tries to talk about culture but the managers culture is the worst. They are constantly raising the prices and offering a mediocre product because they are the most greedy company I’ve ever worked for.

Pros

Customer Success Specialist great co-workers , helping customers, and management is some-what supportive- some of them know what they doing and some of them don’t. Just because you know something doesn’t mean you know how to teach it ! We get medical benefits, paid time off, and free lunches sometimes . This job isn’t hard , what makes it hard is the overall workplace lack of structure and systems. You have to be patience with the disorganized training process. This is something you have to deal with on a daily- no body knows what each other job is - some people are lazy - they want you to do their jobs - no accountability. The pay is okay not bad to start off could be better . If you can deal with poor communication, disorganized and lack of systems and structure. You can make it here !

Unorganized, Training sucks, poor communication, lack of accountability for sales team!
