After the merger it went down hill with rates and greediness. 100% territory driven. Good territory = good pay, bad territory = just living off base salary and no commission.

Working in office is required even though I rarely spoke to my supervisor, this job could easily be done at home and maybe there’d be a higher morale, if you do your job well they’ll ask you to work more complex accounts but don’t compensate you for it even though you’re technically doing the job of a higher level agent, training and communication leaves a lot to be desired, they want you to work in this ancient computer system but barely teach you how to navigate it, not a lot of growth opportunity.
