Pros

Stable company. Has been in business for 80 years. Smart financial management. Very conservative. Good benefits currently. Some very nice people work there.

Cons

Few shared resources between departments; they really only care about the top producers/depts. Behind the times regarding diversity - including women. The firm is 95% male partners and men in leadership positions.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. You’ve highlighted two very important facets about William Blair: our culture and our people. Our vision is to be the premier global boutique. To achieve this, we strive to attract and retain the right people who are truly invested in one another, in our clients, and in the firm. We regret to hear that you have not had a consistent positive experience working with the deal teams you’ve been placed with. We would strongly suggest providing feedback to your manager or to your HR Business Partner. By doing so, we may be able to address your specific concerns.
