Pros

The company is active in it's mission to deliver ethical client service and become a more inclusive environment for its employees. They offer excellent bonuses and profit sharing to employees.

Cons

While being a meritocracy environment, in some roles, there is no clear career path options aside from jumping departments within the company. The lack of internal educational opportunities and requirements for particular knowledge relating to departments makes even lateral moves difficult for seasoned staff.

Easy hours, 3 weeks vacation to start and profit sharing, 401k matching and insurance..most people are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Management is unorganized, promotions given off of who you know, HR does not address grievances in office and scheduling vacation is extremely difficult given your manager. Almost every person here was given a sizable quote for bonuses and raises - no one has gotten close to that figure despite overtime, working weekends etc. Departments also snub each other - traders and PCA think they are gods when they are hemorrhaging money.
