      Pros

      Good pay, benefit are about average from any other shop. Clean working environment.

      Cons

      They have a good ole boy clicke of employees that have 20 and 30 years of time at Williams international. That same clicke will talk bad about you to the boss and you will be screwed. It is just not a friendly environment. Cover your back.

      Pros

      - Great industry exposure - Skilled engineers - Small company means you'll work a lot with other departments - Some opportunities to learn - 100% tuition assistance

      Cons

      - Management is highly resistant to change and unlikely to accept an employee's advice - Higher ups are mostly "yes men" and individuals who are friends of the owner - Very poor work atmosphere, the Walled Lake facility is old and has serious air quality issues. There are almost no windows, and the walls are all painted white more than once a year. - Would not recommend this company to any young professional looking to start their career. Pay is mediocre and work/life balance is terrible. - Certain types of individuals who enjoy doing one thing and are not bothered by repetitive work and belittling managers will succeed at this company. If this isn't you, stay away.

      Pros

      Had you working on real engineering projects. Overall they were very appreciative of the work you do. Employees are focused but still fun people.

      Cons

      Sometimes it was a little boring, and things got quite. And other times there was a great load of things to do. Not much more than any other place.
