Pros

It's a job that gives you money till you find literally anywhere else.

Cons

Well I personally was heavily questioned and given the impression that I would be doing one task, and the only task I do get to do, I would've never taken the job for. Everyone complains, but nobody has a spine to do anything so all it is both sides thinking they'll get what they want, and hyping each other up, but nothing ever happening. Lots of rule breaking in every sense of it. Overall illogical. One minute they will argue this for that reason, then they will argue they can't for the exact same reason in the same conversation. Shallow structure so if you want to be a manager type, nowhere to really fit.

Pros

There literally are no pros to working here instead of another company.

Cons

Cons? Where to start? Everyone is given 3 weeks pto when they start even if they have 12 years industry experience. That 3 weeks covers every single thing in your life that you need to miss work for: getting the flu, doctors appointments, kids snow days at school.... literally everything. Need to make an appointment for your car to have an oil change? Well better have pto enough to cover it. There is absolutely no WFH and there never will be in this company. You badge into the parking lot, badge into the building, and then badge into the elevator. The only place you don't badge into is the bathroom. Cell phones don't work inside the building so you have to badge out to make a call. There are no cubicles. Everyone can see everyone else working. There are no laptops and it's impossible to bring your computer into a meeting because everyone has desktops like it's 1999. Health insurance SUCKS!!!! They don't even use a insurance company you ever heard of. The insurance they do use denies everything by every doctor you need. They also deny prescription medications you've been taking for years and years. There are so many cons to working here... the cafeteria is a RIP OFF!!!!! $3.25 for a plain bagel that's hard enough to break teeth. $10 for a simple plain hamburger. And it gets worse. How about $5.25 for a small bag of chips. The food is outrageous expensive and its cheap stuff that doesn't cost anything to make or for them to buy and resell it. There are so many cons to this place.... pto sucks. No sick time. They monitor you with your badge. They even monitor your keystrokes even though you sit not far from your manager and there's no private cubicles. They don't use engineering processes like DFMEAs or DVP&Rs. If you're just out of school you will not learn anything at all about how to be an engineer in the industry because they don't follow any standard engineering procedures. You will learn nothing. You will then go into an interview with another company and not know a single thing and look stupid. I can go on and on..... the only people giving good reviews are people right out of school with no experience anyplace else.

Pros

Great company and opportunities. Was able to move up quick but plateued.

Cons

Horrible management. Different cells don't seem to communicate and there is always some ship sinking with plenty of warning but they won't take care of stuff until it's too late.
