Pros

The rotational engineering program is a good way for new engineers to get their feet wet and figure out what path they want to pursue with their careers

Cons

Office politics are out of hand, it often felt like navigating middle school cliques rather than a professional workplace. There is a huge lack of diversity and very little room to move up in the company.

Best for college grads

Pros

They embrace a 6 month rotation for employees with 2 or less years at the company for engineers and administration positions giving what could otherwise take 4 career moves to gain in experience. Great career opportunities for entry level people. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

One you start to realize your value, you will deserve credit that is not given and be treated the same as underperformed that started with you. If you come in with experience they will low ball you and challenge best practices that are not from Williams. Typically college grads are happy for 3-5 years and people who come with experience stay 1-3 years before realizing they deserve more and will never get it. Culture, work life balance if you want to excel, and senior leadership are abysmal I would only recommend Williams to new graduates. I would not recommend anyone that I know that I feel can excel to management or make a culture difference because they will be disappointed quickly if they know what leadership should look like.

Horrible and toxic company

Pros

Holidays, OT, breakroom is decent, food available on site.

Cons

Management, long term coworkers are toxic due to them knowing you are paid more than they are and they've been there close to 20 or more years. They pigeonhole you into only doing one thing so you never grow in case you leave or get fired.
