      Terrible PTO package

      Pros

      Most residents are considerate and sweet to employees.

      Cons

      Doesn’t let you take off if you have no PTO but requires you to use the little PTO you have when you are sick, they force you to stay home for a number of days depending on what symptoms you have and what you are diagnosed with ie covid, flu, etc. it is not considerate of employees at all.
