- Post layoff all hands meeting last week demonstrated lack of awareness and felt tone deaf. During the meeting where layoffs were announced, we were asked to boost WT LinkedIn posts by liking, commenting, and reposting. This was neither the time nor place for that messaging, - Poor business outlook - Low compensation compared to market rates. Two years without cost of living adjustments - Team morale is at a low point.
