- Decent cafe at the Charlottesville office - Your rank-and-file coworkers are kind and talented individuals

- Post layoff all hands meeting last week demonstrated lack of awareness and felt tone deaf. During the meeting where layoffs were announced, we were asked to boost WT LinkedIn posts by liking, commenting, and reposting. This was neither the time nor place for that messaging, - Poor business outlook - Low compensation compared to market rates. Two years without cost of living adjustments - Team morale is at a low point. The only time things have been this low were right after the first wave of layoffs - Unreasonable expectations for billing actual hours and percent utilization rates
