Greedy, greedy, greedy. They'll spend millions to acquire other companies, all while halting pay raises and laying off their original employees left and right, including a big round of layoffs right before Christmas.

Easy hours and consistent schedule

Cons

Pay, respect, openness to ideas. Low eligibility for promotion. Consistent pay raises but only .5-1.5% every 6 months. Only if your company goals got done on time. Most of the time which is out of your control. If sells doesn't meet their goals every one loses their bonusses.
