Pros

-coworkers are friendly for the most part -nice to have own office space

Cons

Your experience will depend entirely on which partner you are assigned to. Most partners are difficult to work with. My partner only cared about billable hours. He often unfairly punished the entire group for the mistakes of one. The level of talent and dedication is very low.

Pros

Great experience from day one, lots of feedback and support to pursue new practice areas and develop your individual skills.

Cons

Hours and compensation! The firm has a huge emphasis on getting your hours in, and not much else, and the compensation is well below market for the amount of time this job demands of you.
