      Pros

      - Good work environment. A lot of people I have met are respectful and my coworkers would help me when needed. - Great work life balance. - Pretty easy to move internally. -Provides overtime pay and working hours are from 9 to 5.

      Cons

      - Pay can be better. - Might feel stagnation after working for a few years. - Technologically behind when compared to other firms.

      Pros

      Depending on the team you get, the people are absolutely wonderful. Make sure to try and ask or find out about the team you’re being add to before you join. Otherwise, it could potentially be a home for life. Experience based on NYC office.

      Cons

      Billables aren’t unreasonable at 1950 but the bonus structure is tough. Also, I’ve heard if you end up on the wrong team it’s very difficult. The main CON is that health insurance there is insanely expensive. It’s not competitive in the field. It will cut your paycheck so make sure you build it into your salary.
