      Pros

      Depending on the team you get, the people are absolutely wonderful. Make sure to try and ask or find out about the team you’re being add to before you join. Otherwise, it could potentially be a home for life. Experience based on NYC office.

      Cons

      Billables aren’t unreasonable at 1950 but the bonus structure is tough. Also, I’ve heard if you end up on the wrong team it’s very difficult. The main CON is that health insurance there is insanely expensive. It’s not competitive in the field. It will cut your paycheck so make sure you build it into your salary.

      Pays decently well. Fairly flexible.

      Cons

      They don’t care about you as an individual. They don’t care about your development or growth as an associate. All they care about is whether you are exactly what they need in that moment and if you aren’t they don’t give you training to get there- they just fire you. I would not suggest this firm for first or second year associates. Also they do office hotelling so you don’t have your own space. 1950 billable hour requirement.
