Very good benefits at a good price. New offices. On-Site Cafe, free parking

They hardly close the office during blizzards. Sometimes they open with a delay. When it snows at work they hardly let you leave early. No bonuses Too many systematic layoffs that occur Feb-Apr. Everyone automatically worries. Out sourcing of positions happens as well. Good performance reviews do not ensure that you will not get l;aid off. Very little room for growth

terrible hours, overworked/underpaid, monotonous and grueling work material. highest turnover of any law firm in the area that is linked to one person. was harassed, intimidated, and threatened by management.

Do not work in the Milwaukee PSC if you are an experienced paralegal. There is high turnover because this program is so awful and the higher ups just leave this clueless middle manager in her position. You will have NO job satisfaction. The Milwaukee office advertises as hybrid, but it’s a lie. You will sit around doing dumb work like typing summaries all day and learn nothing. If you want brain rot then you should apply.
