Pros

Energy, fast-paced, honest, growth Virtual environment but felt like a team. Great effort on social media and staying ahead of the game with IT.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations at times, more communication from upper mgt. Had a hard time turning work off but that could have just been me.

Remote position with some flexibility Clients with very recognizable names in their industry Benefits were good in the beginning but not anymore

Cons

Leadership that is dishonest with employees and clients, everything here is a "secret" and managers play dumb when asked Greedy rather than supportive - unfair and unrealistic system for earning bonus and commission Does not pay employees for the work they do - expects significant time spent working nights and weekends with no compensation Makes large decisions that negatively impact employees in big ways and announce them the day before they take effect with no explanation nor time to adjust A corporate leadership team that is extremely out of touch with field employees No clear path for promotion and managers do not listen to career path desires of employees

- Energetic & passionate colleagues at all levels of the organization - Strong organization of work information (IT, information sharing, etc.) - Excellent opportunity to grow professionally

Cons

The company is doing what is necessary to support up-and-coming leaders within each area of the company, but they are growing so very quickly it's hard to keep up. So, not a "con" but a work in progress!
