Good perks, messy leadership, low wages

Pros

Discounts on equipment and apparel are nice. Also depending on your position, department, and favoritism you might be able to attend a large sporting event or meet a pro athlete.

Cons

The company is antiquated, pays low wages, and has a hard time growing or planning for the future. The executive leadership team of 10+ people is all white men who have been there for over 20 years. The teams are small, so there’s an expectation to do a lot more than you’re being paid for. Raises and promotions are tied to annual reviews, so individual career growth is difficult.
