Pros

Wilson has the heritage of being in sports for 100+ years. Solid resume builder and getting your feet wet in sports. Sizeable business, but smaller team in comparison to other global brands in the office. Wide exposure so greater experience!

Cons

Smaller teams means wearing multiple hats or playing multiple sports. Good benefits for a Midwest-based company and location is ideal for a city vibe.

Pros

They take care of you, seems like everybody knows everybody which is weird for such a large company. Every person seems to look out for one another and it is easy to move up in the company

Cons

The retail side of things lent the greatest since they are new so they are still trying to figure things out
