Pros

The job and the people on the floor are great and the job is not difficult mentally but can be physically.

Cons

Don't get hurt because HR is nonexistent most of the time and useless if they're available. No one seems to want to take any responsibility for employee care and the HR person is rarely of ever in the building.

Cons

Traditional management style not handling marketplace changes well and lacks fluid communication through hierarchy. Brand image is suffering from building a reputation of being "old" and "classic" as opposed to edgy, cool and innovative.

There are some great people who work there and want to take it to the next level.

Cons

The lack of leadership in upper management is very apparent. There is no unified direction for the entire company. Each BU is allowed to run on their own and if you have a strong GM you are in luck and if you don't it's tough. The organization is very linear it's tough to move up because there are no positions. Morale throughout the building is very low.
