I worked at Wilsonart Shanghai as a sales. Good compensation if you do well in sales performance. Colleagues are nice and easy to work with.

Cons

Limited career path, if you are in sales position, you will already be a sales.

Decent Pay, and good benefits. Nice enough office, on a bus route and close to the highway. Work is simple and repetitive.

Cons

Favouritism from managers. No career advancement at all unless you are friends with the Controller. Poor leadership, and no action at all on complaints of concerns. Low morale, and no perks, very poor feedback.
