Pros

There are a handful of people that embody the actual goal of the company.

Cons

PLENTY of mandatory overtime, with very little notice. Many departments struggle to communicate, let alone collaborate. Management accountability is unheard of. If you work here for less than five years, you only get two PTO days according to company policy. Along with only being able to acquire four vacation days that you earn time towards as you go through the year. Who you know in the company is direct criteria to advancement. Messy, sloppy, don’t let my warning stop you. Go find out.

money is nice i guess

Cons

Give all your normal hours away, watch as they employ double standards everywhere you look actually cancer inducing dust floating everywher because of poor ventilation almost no air conditioning or heating nearly no working tools because theyre either broken or hidden away no food in the breakroom because people like to steal inflated prices because people like to steal ignorant management
