All management figures have severe problem in many aspects (rage, inadequacy, too high self-esteem) and take decisions just as a spoiled child would do. And if you do not belong to their religion, cristal clear you'll see the difference in treatment with the "others".

Overtime is not paid. You can be fired at any time for no apparent reason. There is no specific business objective.
