Pros

- Free coffee and coke - Good location and modern office

Cons

- Erratic management (no idea on how to manage the projects) - Extra-hours not paid (and they are mandatory) - CEO talking loud in the office to demonstrate who is the boss - Almost all the good professionals were fired or left the company. - No kwowledge about the business. - No personal objectives, no career plan. - Bad ambient in the office. - They are not what they say they are.

- We got moved from Barcelona city center to Sant Cugat without any type of compensation. - No rights, a coworker who wanted to create a work council got fired as soon as the company got notified.

You will learn to survive like in the jungle

Cons

The managers just think in their benefits, they dont protect their teams, they will tell to the directors that every problem are from the devs not from them when their managment sucks, they are not good persons. Do extra hours is usual and are not paid. The enviorement is not healthy, you will get just frustration. They change CTOs and employers almost every hour and they can fire you the same day, maybe just 1 hour after you arrive to the work without any real reason They dont care about the people, oh.... just some people! No progression in your job or knowledge, you will get stuck Like a last advise.......just will be good if your are looking for practices
