- customer satisfaction, quality, customer-oriented organisation - great opportunity to dive into a digital data security area - knowledgeable and experienced CEO, management, team leads - friendly people, always willing to help - opportunity for career development and growth, special course - compensation is decent - good working environment -- causal, flex starting and ending times

Cons

Benefits and health insurance plan could be better Company-wide events could be more often -Lack of lunch or after work sports activities (ping pong and/or billiard table would be a great investment in the company's health ) - AC system is too aggressive & noisy

CEO and VP of technology specifically are extremely knowledgeable and perhaps because of them this company is still there.

Cons

Product Managers here have no clue what they are doing. They are in fact not product managers. COO is all lip service.
