Pros

With the open door concept employed at WinMagic, everyone is free to voice their ideas and opinion for improvements and are actually given the opportunity and empowered to do it. Being the innovator and leader in data security, we are always working on bleeding edge technology resulting in lots exposure to cool stuff.

Cons

Hour might be long at times, but the reward at the end is worth working for.

This company cares about its employees. They show a lot of integrity in how they handle situations and strive to do their best for all parties involved. They are big believers in promoting from within which allows great career growth for those that are interested. It's not a huge company so everyone has the ability to really make a difference here.

Cons

The company is growing and with that comes growing pains. Learning and adjusting to doing things differently to support the growth can be challenging and takes time.
