There are things that need improving but it's not as bad as it's made out to be

There's a lot of interesting stuff to work on. There's also a lot of free flowing discussion and debate that goes on here.

Cons

The CEO really needs to calm down as his frustrations have a tendency to alienate people. If he wants to build a team he really needs to stop doing that. Pay needs some improvement as well.

-Compensation is usually lagging behind industry -1 product which is being commoditized -Communication internally is poor -Disorganized development
