- Flexible work hours (as almost all software companies) - Many good people you will enjoy working with

Cons

- The CEO is unprofessional - Very bad quality of code, resulted by CEO's wrong decisions - No bonus and so-so benefits - You must be always prepared to leave

+ Very knowledgeable and smart dev and QA people. + Exposure to some really cool technologies. + Decent work/life balance.

Cons

- Development process is chaotic and outdated. - Management is disorganized (the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing). - Communication between teams/departments/management is either broken or non-existent. - No company's culture. - No room for growth within the company.

Pros

They've somehow stayed in business this long so there's a good chance the company is stable. The product is pretty decent, not as good as they want you to believe.

Cons

The CEO is SO unprofessional. He's been knows to try to get kisses/hugs by the female staff. He prefers to yell at people in meetings. The COO doesn't really know what he's doing, locks himself in his office to avoid talking to anyone and when he does talk he likes to repeat himself many many times.
