Not many. I can't think of any pros, unfortunately.

Cons

Horrible management. High levels of turnover, no real leadership. This is by far the worst company ! I don't recommend to work for this company. Everything wrong you can think off and you are considered as a animal rather than a human being.

-Lots of advancement opp if just starting -Not a number, treated as a human being -Lots of work if you can keep up -Open door policy allows anyone to talk to upper management -Great work/life balance and flexibility -Not micromanaged

Cons

-Compensation is usually lagging behind industry -1 product which is being commoditized -Communication internally is poor -Disorganized development
