Pros

Good product and progressively innovative to have been around so long. Bunch of really talented and skilled technology people somehow paired with a striving bunch of sales people. Allow good work-life balance except maybe for salespeople. HR Manager is really efficient and skilled in her job, specially at handling people when they are fired. She probably has some special training at making it a smooth exit with some good lip service.

Cons

Except above listed pros, everything is a con. Company is run like a family business and employees are treated like servants in a household. CEO and COO are like the opposite poles who have no common direction for the company. Both like to brag about their own agendas and can also be heard caviling about each other. While COO is a professionally mature guy and good at leading the sales organization, he is simply there for his own interests. Basically, collecting fat checks and travelling leisurely on company's expense. He looks after himself!! CEO is anything but professional and his ego is always ahead of him. His open door policy is to waste people's time as he hardly takes advice. He talks highly of himself and intimidates people in the audience. He is unprofessional to the point that he will yell at employees openly in front of everyone. A temperamental and cynical being who has no regard for other people. Public shaming is his way of expressing his authority & superiority. Makes cheap jokes to sound cool and expects the audience to laugh. Communication between different team is non-existent except when something is on fire. There is consistent finger-pointing between different teams when things blow up or a customer screams. Customers are asked to speak but then just ignored unless something chimes with the CEO's tunes. Though the list is long but stuff that matters is said. Just keep your resume updated at all times as you never know when you will be escorted out. Don't be surprised if you are served termination notice right at the entrance of office or right in the parking lot or during a lunch meeting.

Pros

Not sure I can think of any right now.

Cons

Wow. Watch your back at this company. Very cliquey. One minute you're in, the next you're out the door.
