      Pros

      The best thing was probably making relationships with the few residents who respected you. Though, you can find this elsewhere at a company that pays you better. If you’re willing to treat every resident differently, (which id a fair housing violation) then you should definitely work here.

      Cons

      Their positive environment, internal growth claim, and employee first attitude was just a facade of false promises. Do not work here if you have plans of growing within a company, unless you plan to spend your whole life there.

      The communities are beautiful and well maintained

      Cons

      An egotistical maniac runs the West Coast division. He surrounds himself with women who will do his bidding and does not tend to promote men. Beware. You are either in the pretty /cool crowd or you are out or never hired /promoted regardless of skill set.

      Pros

      Nothing is good here. Poor pay. Treat vendors horrible. Upper management have a click and lie. Dishonesty is the policy here.

      Cons

      Everything. Is a resident says something then it's true. There is no trust in the employee.
