      Pros

      Competitive compensation, continuous training and development, privately owned company. Ability for promotion within due to high turnover.

      Cons

      No work life balance at all. Favoritism with property managers to regional management that is noticeable to other staff members. Unattainable goals set by area and regional management on properties to achieve. Hiring decisions made due to favoritism rather than actual skills and cohesive working environment of staff already on site. Upper management is known for "shot gun" termination; providing no warning, no probation of staff. No job security due to "shot gun" style of termination.

      Pros

      Pay is competitive with other companies but not worth the amount of work that's demanded, Properties are in good locations.

      Cons

      Employees are disposable, overload the work and then threatened to write up or fire you, no life/work balance, make promises of promotion then take it away if you voice your opinion, cost of benefits went up and employees have no say so, high crime and homeless, apt break ins were ignored and residents were told to file with police.

      Cons

      I have heard wonderful tales of Windsor being an amazing company to work for prior to it becoming a big corporation. If you don't play into Regional's ego stroking or constant favoritism you will surely pay the price. Evan as a top performing employee you will not get anywhere with that company unless you play along with their games. A lot of cover up and a lot of shady corporate tactics. The loyal long term employees are dropping like flies. HR will not help you so don't put yourself in a vulnerable position or on the radar. THEY WILL RETALIATE.
