They are very automatic about census of patients.Once it goes down it affects the schedule.

I love working at Windsor! We have a great staff that works well as a team and supports one another. This helps boost moral and creates a wonderful working environment. Management is awesome! They are always there to help in any way they can and always give great encouragement.

Cons

There is no negatives to say about this company!! It is an awesome place to work, and I am so happy to be part of it.
