Cons

You need to be able to keep up. There will always be more than three things to do at a time. Higher management expects allot from you when they are not constantly in store to see how things work per store.

Good people, but that's wherever you work in healthcare. Relatively clean environment to work and the org seems to have good systems and leadership.

Cons

Pay, your subordinates will make more than you. I don't know if this is commonplace among other industries, but it is very despiriting to know that you are managing people who earn more than you.
