The company is great but my branch experience was very frustrating

Great pay Bonus commission 401k match 100% up to 6% of paycheck Vacation time Sick pay - 80 hours per year no rollover Company culture

Cons

Experience will depend on branch you work at, I was at Brooklyn center - Manager does not notice or does not care that some employees avoid members and will sit and pretend to work to avoid helping members that have been waiting for a long time while other employees barely have a moment No remote work available so career advancement is hard unless you will move to Apple valley where headquarters is

Good bonuses and great members for the most part. Many of the people that work here are fun and down to earth.

Cons

They have changed a lot and seem to be taking on a Wells Fargo feel. The newer upper management is not the Wings way.
