Pros

Great co workers, great time off. Great benefits and flexible schedules. They are trying to become a better/bigger financial institution.

Cons

Raises are horrible, don't reward people who work hard. Seem to give jobs to people who "suck up." If you have seniority you can do whatever you want compared to newer employees. Rules are not the same for equal employees. Some managers don't even know what they are doing, spend time doing personal things while at work....

Golden handcuffs -- the pay, annual bonus and 401K match are so good you'll never want to leave. The people in the trenches (Director and below) are incredible.

Cons

Could be better on DEI. C-suite is average.
