Pros

Wings is an excellent place to work - great people, great benefits, competitive salary. They prioritize work-life balance. Employees believe in the mission. They have a gym on-site. I would recommend it to anyone.

Cons

Work can be a bit boring, but...you want a financial institution to be boring, right? No surprises is a good thing.

Decent benefits, has the feel of working for a small company, member-focused, low rates on products which made them easier to sell.

Cons

Trying to advance in technology faster than other big banks are, shifted from being member-oriented to sales-driven. Took tellers out of several branches to install machines that the loan officers/bankers in the branch had to service.
