Good work environment and clear communication from top management.

Cons

Every other week it is required to work Monday - Saturday. And if you don't work at the Apple Valley location you don't receive many of the benefits and perks.

I very much enjoyed my time at Wings. It is a great company, with executive leadership, and a great mission. Very loyal customer base with a great presence in the community. Opportunity for advancement and career growth from within.

Cons

Within our specific department, there was terrible communication from our direct supervisor whose poor leadership, bad communication skills, and lack of experience greatly inhibited our ability to carry out our mission and limited our ability to capitalize on opportunities for growth. Poor leadership from our direct supervisor led to a very toxic work environment which resulted in several of my coworkers also leaving the company in the past year.
