Pros

Wings has a great competitive lead against many major financial institutions. They pay well and give part time benefits! Most of the employees are amazing to work with including the management.

Cons

The reviews on here are based on the past year or so. Wings has changed quite a bit in the past few months, rendering the reviews to be outdated already. I have worked frontline for Wings for quite a while and I have been over worked to say the least. If the people who wrote that Wings runs lean on resources thought it was bad then, it is running to the BONE now. Big changes to our fee schedule and loan products while running lean is absolute torture. I used to leave my office happy and excited for the next day. Now I leave frustrated, red and normally with a headache. Sometimes I wake up and ponder whether or not I want to go into work that day. The downtown branches are suffering and upper management hasn't done much to alleviate the pain. Jobs are becoming hybrid. Bankers are required to also be loan officers, receptionists and tellers. 4-in-1 employees all while getting paid as one. It's not good. The past few months with all these changes we have had MANY great employees leave for other companies because job responsibilities are doubling while staffing stays the same. I'm sad to see the company head into this direction.

Pros

-Opportunity for growth -Benefits for part time and full time employees -Great team members at most branches

Cons

If you are working the front line, they ask a lot of you. They may ask for extra hours, floating to other branches. An employee just has to know their limits and be able to say no if they are being overworked.
