Work from home. Learn valuable information.

Cons

Way too much monitoring, timing everything including bathroom breaks, working for members off phone, screens are recorded for evaluation steps, phrases need to be word for word, the pressure is overwhelming. Each day the timing has to fall within certain limits.

We are always looking for ways to improve the employee experience though, even in a highly structured role like this.
